TAKING IT TO THE STREETS, Weekend Haps

WEEKEND HAPS

 

  • City Winery presents an evening with Glenn Jones Doors open at at 6pm and the show kicks off at 8pm.

 


  • In collaboration with Howard University, the Shakespeare Theatre Company is featuring the production of James Baldwin’s, “The Amen Corner”. Running through March 15th.  More information here:

 

  • Roy Ayers is at Blues Alley this weekend for two shows each night 8pm & 10pm.

 

  • Check out TCB’s 20th Anniversary at Echostage, Show time is 10pm.

 

  • The Signature Theatre is presenting the musical “Gun & Powder”. Running through February 23rd.   The story of twin sisters who pass as white and become notorious outlaws in the wild west.  More information here:

 

  • Looking ahead to Monday, Digable Planets performs at the Show time is 7:30pm
