Weekend Haps Update:


  • On Saturday, R&B singer Eric Roberson is at Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club, doors open at 6pm, show time is 8pm.  Then on Sunday, it’s a Tribute to the Music of Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan and Gladys Knight.  Show time is 7:30pm


  • Blues Alley is featuring Marcus Johnson tonight through Sunday for two shows each night, 8 and 10pm.


  • Singer Songwriter and producer Mali Music will be performing at the legendary Howard Theatre, Friday night. Doors open at 7pm, show time is 8pm.


  • Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities is hosting its 15th Year Anniversary celebration this Saturday, July 15th at the Renaissance Hotel in NW, DC. More information here:


  • The Ryan Odelle Mance Memorial Scholarship Foundation is hosting its 9th Annual Evening of Jazz and Scholarship Awards Dinner.  That’s this Saturday, July 15th at the Camelot by Martins in Upper Marlboro.  More information here:
