Keeping You Healthy and Fit

Lace up your sneakers.  It’s all about focusing on our health this morning.  The U-S Public Health Service is gearing up for its 2018 DMV Hometown Mission 5k Run/Walk this weekend.   Joining me this morning to discuss the purpose of the event and why you need to take part are Lieutenant Commander Rhonita Culver – School Outreach Coordinator for the DMV Hometown Mission and Lieutenant Commander Cornelius Moore – Co-Chair of the DMV Hometown Mission Planning Committee

The US Public Health Service and the Commissioned Officers Foundation for the Advancement of Public Health are hosting the 2018 DMV Hometown Mission 5K walk/run Saturday April 21st at Woodrow Wilson Bridge Trail.  The event is free and open to all.  Register here:
