This Morning on Taking it to the Streets

This morning on “Taking it to the Streets” my guest will be Tameka Rhyne, the Volunteer Coordinator for the Salvation Army

One very noble thing that you can do this holiday season is to give back to those less fortunate, by participating in a 127-year-old tradition. The Salvation Army has launched its “Red Kettle Campaign,” and they’re allowing people to adopt a kettle for a day, and to ring a bell at different locations throughout our local area. The Salvation Army is located at Solomon G. Brown Community Center, at 2300 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Washington D.C. SE.

Tune into Taking it to the Streets weekday mornings at, 6:46am, 7:13am and at 8:13am on the Steve Harvey morning show.
