This Morning on Taking it to the Streets

This morning on “Taking it to the Streets” my guest will be Ms. Toni Bush, the National Leader for the Selma For Students project

It’s so crucial that our youth know as much as they can about their history, and it’s also important that they understand the struggles their leaders went through in the past, in order to make life better for them today. This is why The March on Washington Film Festival is asking for your donation so that all DC Public School students can see the new film Selma for free. Other cities have joined in this effort including New York City, Westchester, Philadelphia, Boston, Nashville, San Francisco, and Sarasota, FL. Visit www.marchonwshingtonfilmfestival.org to make your donation.

Tune into Taking it to the Streets weekday mornings at, 6:46am, 7:13am and at 8:13am on the Steve Harvey morning show.
