Memorial Day Weekend Haps Update:

Tomorrow you can join Darryl Haley at the  “Music at the Monument” Supporting our Veterans and Youth at the Sylvan Theatre on the National Mall. This free concert will feature LX and The Fix Band. The show starts at 4pm and goes to 6pm so before you head home in traffic stop by and relax at the Monument.

Friday and Saturday Eric Roberson with special guest Carolyn Malachi will be at the Brichmere in Alexandria Virginia both shows start at 7:30.

A Southern Soul Tribute: The Music of Muscle Shoals and Stax will be at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club.  25 soulful performers from the DMV will be paying tribute to music legends Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, and more. Doors open at 6 and the show starts at 8pm

Saturday the Social Architects invite you to a Linen and Sundress Affair with Special guest DJ Kid Capri at the Renaissance Hotel at 999 9th street Northwest DC. The party starts at 8pm and yon can enjoy two rooms of entertainment, ample seating and valet parking until 2am Proper attire, Linen and Sundresses. This party is strictly for the mature professional clientele only

Funny man Lavell Crawford will be at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore Saturday for a night of laughs starting at 8pm

On Sunday the 26th Annual National Memorial Day Concert will be held on the West Lawn of the U.S Capital. Come out and support our veterans and active service members. The Concert will feature the National Symphony Orchestra, Gloria Estefan and other, with appearances by Laurence Fishburne, Laura Benanti and others.
