Taking it to the Streets Weekend Haps

  • If you’re look for a job you need to head to the DoubleTree in Crystal City, National Event is sponsoring this job fair and you need to register at www dot National Career Fairs dot com. The Job Fair will take place from 11am until 2pm, companies such as New York Life, State Farm Insurance, Shoe City and more.
  • Tonight two NFC East teams battle on Thursday night Football. The Washington football team will take on the New York Giants. Kick Off is at 8:30pm.
  • Eric Roberson will be at the legendary Howard theatre for a great night of entertainment at 7:30pm.
  • Maysa and her Jazz Funk Soul Orchestra will be at the Birchmere in Virginia Friday night as well.
  • Saturday you can join Darryl Haley from 10am-3pm at Healthy Parks Healthy People at Great Falls Park at 9200 Old Dominion Dr, McLean Virginia. This is free event for the entire family. Enjoy Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba and more.
  • Tony Richards will be at the Howard Theatre Saturday and Monday as he host a special performance by Lalah Hathaway. Each show will take place at 8pm
  • The one and only R. Kelly will be at the Verizon Center on Saturday at 8pm.
