• Tonight come join us as we welcome or new afternoon show Tony. Mo, George at Lucky Strike DC at Gallery Place in Chinatown from 3-9pm. Come out and enjoy the live broadcast from 3-7 followed by a bowling battle between teams Tony’s Good Stuff, “Mo Knows” and Willborn’s Stress Relievers. DJ Herb will be in the building to keep the party going.

• Friday Dietrich Hadden and Friends will be at Crampton Auditorium for a gospel show starting at 7:30.

• Saturday is our Annual Children’s Coat Drive from 12- 4pm. So listeners we need your help to keep a child warm this winter. I know you heard Renee Nash and myself talking about this event Wednesdy, but it is so important to us that we help as many children as we can. So bring a new coat to Iverson Mall at 3737 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills Maryland or come to the Central Union Mission at 65 Massachusetts Ave in Northwest DC.

• The 4th Annual “Ballin for a Cause” Flag Football Game hosted by One by 1 Inc. is October 17th at Bullis Park in Silver Spring. The event is from 1pm to 5pm and will be a fun filled event featuring law enforcement officers taking on community leaders. More information at: www.oneby1inc.org

• On Sunday, the “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk” takes place at the Washington Monument starting at 8am. Come out and join in the fight against breast cancer.
