This Morning on Taking it to the Streets

We’re talking basketball this morning on Taking It to the Streets and how you can be a part of a big game and support persons fighting cancer.  The Howard University Cancer Center is teaming up with the Washington DC Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority for a Delta Night with the Mystics. It’s a fundraiser for the Cancer Center. Joining me in studio to tell us about the big game is Clinton Burnside – Outreach Coordinator for the Howard Cancer Center.

The Washington DC Alumnae Chapter, DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, INC. Washington, DC- The Washington DC Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., along with Howard University Cancer Center, and the Washington Mystics Basketball Team are hosting ³Delta Night with the Mystics, Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Verizon Center. The event will include a Pre-Game reception from 5-7PM and tickets to the Mystics vs Minnesota Lynx game. This event will benefit Howard University Cancer Center.
