This Morning on Taking it to the Streets

We are spotlighting an organization this morning helping youth to excel despite the odds. ScholarChips is a non-profit group that gives scholarships to children of incarcerated parents to help them pursue a college degree. My guest this morning to tell us about their 5th Annual Awards Ceremony is Yasmine Arrington founder of ScholarChips.

ScholarChips is holding its 5th Annual Awards Ceremony Saturday, June 18th from 1pm to 3pm at Gibson, Dunn, and Crutches, LLP offices at 1050 Connecticut Avenue, NW DC. More information is at:  www.scholarschipsfund.org
