It’s summer time and that means youth around the region are out of school. That’s a good thing except when youth may find themselves giving in to temptations to experiment with drugs, alcohol, and cigarette smoking. My guest this morning tries to keep youth free from those activities. Mr. Ralph Williams is the Program Manager of the Tobacco Enforcement Initiative to Support Synar Compliance in Prince George’s County
