The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) is set to celebrate the 40th Anniversary training conference and exhibition at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. July 16th – 21st. The convention is the largest gathering of international African-American law enforcement executives.
