We are serving up a bit of history and the big screen this morning on Taking It to the Streets. The March on Washington Film Festival is back in DC where you will have a chance enjoy more than a weeks worth of screenings and discussions on the groundbreaking activism of the 1960s and today. Joining me in studio with all the details is Isiara Bey – Executive Director of the Festival.
The March on Washington Film Festival is July 13th – July 23rd at venues through out the DC area, including Naval Heritage Center, National Museum for Women, Washington National Cathedral and various Smithsonian Museums. More information is at: www.marchonwashingtonfilmfestival.org
