Fluoride has been a major concern recently worldwide. It has been found that the effects of fluoride are greater than originally thought. Health professionals have confirmed that fluoride affects the human nervous system as well as people’s dental well-being.

The most common health risk is fluorosis. Fluorosis represents a condition of full teeth decay and malformation. Symptoms include teeth stains of different size and color (yellow, brown), teeth decay and cavities, as well as distorted tooth growth and development. In some cases it has been known to cause cognitive issues within children.

It is suggested by health professionals to steer clear of brands that are known for containing high levels of fluoride in their water including the following brands:
