Fans Show Love on Tupac’s 46th Birthday

Tupac Shakur would have been 46 today. Fans have taken to social media to show their love to the iconic rapper.

 

In honor of the late rapper’s birthday, fans are flocking to movie theaters to see the long-awaited biopic released “All Eyez On Me” which was released today. Arguably one of the best rappers of all time, selling over 37.5 million record in the United States and 75 million albums worldwide, is finally getting his own biopic.

The film, directed by Philadelphia native Benny Boom, is expected to uncover some of the untold stories about the rapper, poet, actor, and activist Tupac Shakur; one being his mysterious death.

The rapper, who died at age 25 in an alleged drive-by shooting in 1996, is to be played by actor Demetrius Shipp Jr alongside Danai Gurira, Kat Graham, Keith Robinson, Cory Hardrict, and Jamal Woolard, who played Christopher Wallace a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G. in his biopic.
