Dr. Oz’s green drink was a craze in years past and nothing much has changed. Here’s how to make this high-fiber, low-calorie drink.

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 head of celery
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 orange
  • 1/4 lime
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1/4 pineapple

Just add ingredients to a blender with water for desired consistency and serve. Good luck!
