Michael Jackson‘s Neverland Ranch is back on the market for $67 million. Last year the 2,700-acre property, renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch, was listed at $100 million.

The listing includes a pool house, a 50-seat theater, “Disney-style” train station, fire house and barn. To see the full listing, see here.

Jackson sold the ranch to Colony Capital prior to his 2009 death for $22.5 million. Thomas Barrack, head of Colony Capital, is a confidant and fundraiser for President Donald Trump.
