Addressing School Violence

Another deadly school shooting. Ten people killed at a high school in Texas.  In Washington, DC… a 15-year-old Ballou high school student was killed this week.  Dozens of students from rival schools were in a huge fight this week.  Why are our schools seeing so many violent incidents?  How can these issues addressed?
