DC Police are offering a reward of $25-thousand-dollars for information that leads to an arrest in a 14-year-old cold murder case of Jovani Jefferson in S.E. Jovani was shot to death on 51st and Call Place on December 17, 2003. The incident critically injured a 6-year-old girl who was hit by a stray bullet. Anyone with any information should contact police.
