Officer Kills Robbery Suspect

A suspect in a liquor store robbery is dead after police arrived at the scene.  DC Police say they were called to the Morris Miller Wines & Liquors store on Alaska Avenue, NW at 9:11 this morning.  When police arrived, they noticed two suspects exiting the back of the store. Authorities say an officer shot and killed one of the suspects, and a possible second suspect was apprehended several blocks away.

Murder-Suicide In Largo

A mother of four is dead after a murder-suicide.  It happened yesterday morning in Largo on Joycetown Way.  Tanya Wilkerson and an unidentified man were killed.  Prince George’s County police believe the man shot Wilkerson before shooting himself.  Police believe it was a domestic incident. 

Teens Found Dead In Van

It’ll be a sad day at two northern Virginia high schools after two students were found dead.  The bodies of 17-year-olds Indya Davis and Lyle Ferringer were found Saturday in a minivan in Dale City.  Police say the two were injured but didn’t give details.  Davis was a senior at Osbourn Park High School in Manassas while Ferringer was a senior at Gar-Field High School in Woodbridge.  Grief counselors will be at both schools today.
