Ellicott City declared a “State of Emergency”…

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has declared a state of an emergency in historic Ellicott City. The town was overcomed by 6 inches of rain in 2 hours. Two people in separate cars were killed after being swept away. Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman says one person was saved thanks to some quick acting good Samaritan’s. Over 100 cars were destroyed, parts of main street are missing and buildings have been ripped apart.

Eight people shot in DC over the weekend, two were killed…

No arrests have been made in the weekend shooting of a 6 year old boy in S.E. police are looking for two mask men. It was one of 8 other shootings over the weekend, in which two people died. A 19 year old in S.E. and a 29 year old man in NW.

GOP leaders back the parents of a fallen Muslim U.S. Soldier instead of Donald Trump…

GOP leaders are further distancing themselves from their Presidential Nominee Donald Trump. It follows comments Trump made about the mother of a fallen Muslim American soldier. Trump questioned why the mother of Humayun Khan did not speak at the DNC. He implied it was because of her religion that she couldn’t speak. Republican’s Vice Presidential Nominee Mike Pence, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell all say Khan is an American Hero.
