D.O.J. set to release report on Baltimore Police Dept…

The Department of Justice is set to release its findings following a year long investigation into the Baltimore Police Department. The probe found that police routinely targeted African American’s in poor communities for strip searches, traffic stops and arrests. The report also found that the department did little to officers accused of misconduct. The federal investigation followed the death of Freddie Gray.

Trump defends 2nd amendment statement, not meant to incite violence…

There’s another Donald Trump controversy and this morning he’s defending this statement he made yesterday in N.C. where he said Second Amendment people could do something about a Hillary Clinton Presidency. Trump says he was not trying to encourage violence against Clinton and that he meant Second Amendment supporters can go to the polls and defeat her. Vice Presidential nominee Tim Kaine says Trumps comments shows a complete temperamental misfit with the character that’s required to be president.
