Search continues for person who killed a teen at Deanwood Metro…

The search continues for the male who reportedly walked up to 15 year old Devonte Washington on Saturday, tried to start a fight and then shot and killed him. The horrific incident happened in broad daylight at the Deanwood Metro Station in front of his mother and his two younger sisters. Police believe the Largo Jr ROTC student was the intended target. The family does not agree with that assumption. Largo H.S. will have grief counselors on hand when classes resume after Spring Break.

A male suspect sought in double shooting of two women in S.E….

Investigators are looking for the male suspect who shot two women in S.E.. The females victims who have not been identified were found in the 5000 block of Bass Place. Police say the women were sitting on some stairs when a man walked up and unloaded at least eight rounds at them. One of the victims is pregnant.

DC EMS get’s help from private service company…

Help has finally arrived for DC’s Fire & EMS Department. From 7am to 1pm 7 days a week AMR a new private ambulance company will handle non emergency 911 calls. DC Fire & EMS will respond to all 911 calls first and determine if the patient is critical or not. If they are non critical the private ambulance company will be called out.

The Obama’s last White House Easter celebration…

Right now thousands are at the White House for the Annual Easter Egg Roll. It’s the Obama’s last one. The first lady spoke to the crowd after playing with kids & thanked everyone for their support over the years. This year’s theme she said was “Let’s Celebrate”. 35,000 people from around the country are scheduled to take part in today’s one day event.
