(Rockville, MD) — Montgomery County is pushing back the start of the indoor dining. The County decided people couldn’t go into restaurants until Valentine’s Day but increased the dining time limit to 90 minutes. Restaurant capacity will be limited to 25-percent and alcohol sales and consumptions has to stop at 10 p.m.
