The public’s help is needed in finding a missing girl in DC…

District police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing girl. 11-year old Breaniya Todd was last seen yesterday in the Logan Circle are of N.W. Anyone with information about her whereabouts should call police.

Social Service Agencies are helping ousted residents in Temple Hills…

Prince George’s County Social and Family Service representatives are on site at the Lynhill Condominiums in Temple Hills. They will be there until 3 this afternoon providing assistance to some 100 families that have been given 72 hours to find a new place to live. The reason the condo management company owes over $1 Million dollars in back utility fees. District 7 Councilwoman Karen Toles says she is looking at tougher legislation against condo associations and HOA to prevent this from happening again. The Red Cross along with the Housing, Fire and Police department are also on site.

The New York Police Officer involved in the choke hold death of Eric Garner will be charged with his death. The New York Post is reporting the Justice Department is preparing to file Civil Right Violation charges against the officer in Garner’s 2014 death.

13 days until the November 8th election…

13 days and counting until the November 8th General Election. Today, however, early voting continues in DC at One Judiciary Square through November 4th. Tomorrow residents in Maryland can take part in the early voting process. Now in Virginia residents can take part in what’s called “In Person Absentee Voting” now through three days before election day. For more voter information go to WHUR.com.
