Kendall Jenner Under Fire For Throwing “No Mask” Halloween Party

As the days go by, COVID-19 numbers are still at an all time high. Schools are virtual and many people are working to adjust to this new normal until things start to cease.

Over the weekend, many celebrated Halloween but not like the Kardashian/Jenner clan. Kendall Jenner just celebrated her 25th birthday and apparently threw a party where attendees had no masks on. Kendall made it clear she did not want any pictures or videos of the party on social media but her sister Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to post some photos.

In the state of California, the COVID rules state that gatherings are only permitted when attendees are from no more than three separate households. Rapper Doja Cat, who attended the party took some of the backlash and explained that everyone got tested before entering the party. She is receiving backlash for saying she doesn’t care about Corona. She says “It’s just the flu. I’m going to get corona and then gonna get a corona”. Many stated that everyone’s immune system is not as strong and it’s not a good look during a pandemic.

Jenner’s sister, Kim Kardashian-West also faced some recent backlash for her birthday celebration. “After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend thigs were normal just for a brief moment in time”. Should we just let this family celebrate birthdays in peace? If they’re taking safe precautions, is it still an issue?
