Interval Training for Women – The Benefits

High Intensity Interval Training

Today it’s all about interval training. And how the benefits of will help you with your cardiovascular, strength and weight loss program. Interval training is a well-known way for women to get the maximum benefits of exercise in the shortest amount of time.

High-intensity interval training – is any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity with a fixed period of less-intense activity or rest. An example of a good starter workout is running or walking as fast as you can for 1 minute and then walking at a slower, normal pace for 2 minutes. Repeat that 3-minute interval – five times for a 15-minute.

Today we are going to fire up the grill and make – Jerk Chicken Wings inside Foil Packets:

Foil packets are fun, tasty, and easy to serve and clean up. They are a great way for you to get the family and friends involved in preparing a wonderful meal.

 How To:

  1. Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty foil or a double layer of regular foil on a flat surface. (Use nonstick foil where noted.)
  2. Put the ingredients in the center of the foil. Bring the short ends of the foil together and fold twice to seal; fold in the sides to seal, leaving room for steam. Grill as directed. (Each recipe serves 2 to 4.)


Jerk Chicken Wings: Toss 6 split chicken wings, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning on a sheet of foil. Form a packet. Grill over high heat, turning once, 25 minutes. Top with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
