Financial Disclosure Shows Big Trump Payment To Cohen

Washington, DC – President Trump’s annual financial disclosure reveals a six-figure payment to his longtime personal attorney Michael Cohen. The payment was between 100-thousand and 250-thousand dollars. Cohen paid porn star Stormy Daniels 130-thousand dollars in late 2016 to keep her quiet about an alleged affair with Trump. Trump has denied having an affair with Daniels in 2006. Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani recently revealed that Cohen was reimbursed by Trump, but he did not elaborate.

Police ID Two Victims In Charles County Crash

Newburg, MD – State Police are identifying two of the three people killed in a crash in Charles County. Investigators say 44-year-old Theresa Robinson of Waldorf was behind the wheel of an SUV that ran a stop sign at the intersection of Route 234 and Penn Hills Road yesterday afternoon and was hit by a dump truck. She was killed instantly, as was her front-seat passenger, 45-year-old Arnold Griffin, also from Waldorf. The identity of the third person who died is being withheld until family is notified.

Elway Deposed In Kaepernick Complaint

Denver, CO – Colin Kaepernick’s collusion complaint against the NFL most recently includes a statement from Denver Broncos GM John Elway. Kaepernick, a former 49ers quarterback who led protests against racial inequality by kneeling for the national anthem, is accusing the league of conspiring to keep him from playing. Elway spoke to Kaepernick’s lawyers for an hour Tuesday in Denver. Elway had offered Kaepernick a job before the 2016 protests. Kaepernick’s lawyers have also interviewed Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Baltimore coach John Harbaugh, among others.

MSU Approves Settlement Of Lawsuits In Nassar Case

East Lansing, MI – Victims of former Michigan State University doctor Larry Nassar will receive 500-million dollars to settle lawsuits filed against the university. The “Detroit Free Press” says multiple sources have confirmed the board of trustees approved the settlement in a meeting this morning. There were approximately 300 women and girls who were sexually assaulted by Nassar. He has been sentenced to federal prison and will be behind bars for the rest of his life.
