73 and counting are dead in Italy following earthquake….

The death toll from last nights 6.2 magnitude earthquake in central Itlay is now up to 73. The death toll is expected to grow as rescue crews look for survivors.

More than a dozen DC residents file suit of the city’s Homeless Shelter Replacement ACT…

21 resident have filed a lawsuit to have more input in where a homeless shelter will go in their community. The group claims the 2016 Homeless Shelter Replacement Act violates an ANC act, that requires the community to be notified about homeless shelter. The group has asked that the construction of the site in the parking lot of the Second District Police Station parking lot be placed on hold until a decision is made in the matter.
