A dead body is found near a local DC school…

DC Police are looking into a case involving a badly decomposed body of a man found last night near H.D. Woodson High School. A passerby made the gruesome discovery. Fowl play is not expected.

DC Police Officer who killed Terrence Sterling goes before a Police Trial Board…

At 9 am a Police Trial Board will begin hearing why DC Officer Brian Trainer should or not get his job back. Trainer is the Officer who while sitting on the passenger side of a police cruiser shot and killed motorcyclist Terrence Sterling in 2016. It happened during a traffic stop. The Mayor and Police Department feel he should be fired. Black Lives DC is planning a protest at 5:30 at the shooting site.The trial is expected to last three days.

Rockville becomes first Md state to go to a voting by mail system…

Rockville leaders have voted to switch to a voting by mail format. The city becomes the first in the state to do so.
