An Arrest Is Made After 12th Suspicious Package Found, Thirteen Kids Taken To Hospital Following School Bus Accident

Arrest made after 12 suspicious packages found this morning…

A Florida man with ties to New York has been taken into custody this morning. It is believed he is in his 50’s a resident of Florida but he use to live in New York. It is also being reported that this gentleman also has a history of making terrorist threats. Now earlier this morning the FBI confirmed the discovery of an 11th and 12th suspicious package. The first one was found at the Opa-locka mailing facility in Florida. It was addressed to New Jersey Democratic Senator Cory Booker. Then in New York agents there found another explosive package at the CNN studios addressed to Former National Intel Chief James Clapper.

Agents have been at the U.S. Postal facility in Florida since late yesterday following evidence gathered in New York the day before. It is still unclear if any of the packages were able to actually work. No one has been hurt.

Thirteen kids taken to hospital follow school bus accident…

In Waldorf, a school bus and a dump truck were involved in an accident this morning. 16 students were on board. It unclear what school they were headed to. 13 had to be taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The collision happened this morning at Popular Hill Road and Mattawoman Beantown Road. There’s no word on what may have contributed to the accident.
