Calm has returned to Charlotte, NC…

Tear gas was used multiple times against protestors in Charlotte, NC overnight following protests for another black man shot and killed by police. There were reports of looting, rocks being thrown at police and vehicles. 6 people were arrested and 12 officers & as many as 6 protestors were injured.

D.A. in Tulsa looking into if officer should be charged in the death of an unarmed A.A. motorist…

The D.A. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is looking into whether charges should be filed against Officer Betty Shelby in the death of Terence Crutcher. The family says the dash cam video is evidence enough that the shooting was not justified. Officer Shelby says she fired because Crutcher was reaching into a window of his SUV. The video shows all the window were up.

Federal charges are filed in N.Y. bombings…

10 Federal charges including using a weapon of mass destruction have been filed against Ahmad Khan Rahami. Investigators say Rahami conducted a test run before placing the bombs. He could make his first court appearance as early as next week.
