First day back for Great Mills H.S. students

Today grief counselors will be on hand for Great Mills High School students returned to school. It’s the first time in two weeks after a fellow student walked into the school with a gun and shot his ex-girlfriend and a boy. The girl later died. The teen gunman turned the gun on himself.

HIV positive teacher’s aide charged with sexually abusing dozens of boys is due to be sentenced today

Today a Maryland state judge will announce the punishment for Carlos Bell. He is the former Charles County volunteer teacher’s aide who admitted to sexually abusing 42 boys. The HIV positive coach could get 190 years in prison. Last month he received 105 years in Federal court for producing child pornography.
