Police Officials in Shelby, Tennessee are planning to release the information they have collected in the shooting death of unarmed 19 year old Darris Stewart by a white police officer. Stewart was a passenger in the vehicle stopped for a headlight violation and some how he ended up in the back seat of a police cruiser where he was shot during an apparent scuffle with Officer Connor Schilling.

There’s a new development in the Sandra Bland case. A voice mail she left for a friend the day after her arrest shows a woman wondering how did failing to signal a lane change land her in jail with a $5,000 bond. The police department has also released information from her intake form and on it, she answers “No” to the questing is she thinking of committing suicide now.

A grand jury indicts accused Emanuel A.M.E. Church shooter on hate crime charges…

The accused Emanuel A.M.E. Church shooter Dylann Roof could now face the death penalty. A grand jury indicted him yesterday on hate crime charges, nine murders and three attempted murders. Attorney General Lorretta Lynch says no official decision regarding whether they will seek the death penalty have been made.
