The District’s crack down on synthetic drugs pays off, with the largest bust in its history…

The DC Police Departments focus on synthetic drugs and crime in the city has paid off, 250 pounds of it, worth $2.3 Million Dollars on the streets, has been found in a storage facility on Blare Road in NW. The 19,000 baggies were packaged with the name “Bizzaro” on it. Two men have been arrested. Sources say other arrests could be forth coming.

Job fair today for Vets and their spouses….

There is a job fair taking place today at National Stadium today. It runs from 10 am to 1pm for Vets and their spouses. 75 companies will be on hand. 500 Vets have already registered to attend.

Baltimore Judge in Freddie Gray murder case will decide next week if the officer will be tried in Baltimore or out of town…

The Judge in the Freddie Gray murder case will decide next week whether the six Baltimore Police Officers charged in the death of 25 year old Freddie Gray will stand trial in the city or out of state. The judges decision is expected on September 10th.
