Tomorrow’s November 3rd, Election day for 26 states including Virginia. Voters will head to the polls and cast votes for congress, school board and Mayor of Alexandria to name a few. The group Rhode Island Avenue N.E. is hosting at “Light up Rhode Island Avenue” event tonight at 6:30. Residents and business owners are asked to come out with a lighting source to bring attention to the up tick in crime in the area and the need for better lighting.

An Alexandria man who was attending Hampton University was shot and killed following an argument near Old Dominion University this weekend. Joseph Bose was a Junior majoring in Journalism.

Dozen’s of Chipotle stores closed because of E coli…

An E coli scare at 43 Chipotle stores in Washington State & Oregon has customers elsewhere on alert. 20 people have become sick and the number is likely to increase. The cause is still unknown.
