DC area remains under a “Winter Weather Advisory”…

The National Weather Service has placed a “Winter Weather Advisory” for our listing area until midnight. Frederick County schools are now closed they join Loudoun County schools. We have a few school systems on a 2 hour delay –they are Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Fauquier & Prince William County Schools. The Federal Government is open, employee’s can use unscheduled leave or tele-work.

Former Volunteer teachers aid charged with multiple counts of child pornography…

In Prince George’s County police say more charges are likely to be filed against a former volunteer teachers assistant 22 year old Deonte Carraway from Judge Sylvania Woods Elementary. Police found 40 videos involving 10 kids. The videos were taken at the Glenarden Municipal Center, the Banks Memorial Aquatic Center & in private homes.

All eye’s are on New Hampshire for the primary…

It’s a waiting game in New Hampshire for the Presidential candidates in both parties. Today’s the first in the nation primary —the polls opened at midnight and close at 8pm.
