Four separate investigations are ongoing into the death of Freddie Gray…

There are four ongoing investigations including that of the DOJ, into how 25 year old Freddie Gray suffered a fatal spinal cord injury while in police custody. Five of the Six officers suspended have spoken to investigators, one has not.

Lorretta Lynch could be confirm today…

The full Senate is expected to confirm President Obama’s choice for Attorney General at 11 this morning. If approved Lorretta Lynch will become the first African American woman to hold the position.

Michael Brown’s family prepares to file a wrongful death lawsuit today…

In Missouri, the family of Michael Brown plan to announce that they are going to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Ferguson. Today’s anticipated announcement follows the death of 18 year old Brown who was unarmed when he was shot and killed by a white police officer last year.
