A rally in support of Hilliary Clinton’s run for the White House is taking place right now at Market Square in Old Town Alexandria. It’s a huge change of venue from yesterday’s 11 hour questioning about Benghazi & why more security was not added to the U.S. Embassy there. Clinton maintains she did everything within her power and knowledge to America’s representatives safe.

Two vigils held for two local murder victims…

Vigils are planned tonight in two communities in Prince George’s County were murders took place this week. 56 year old Amanda Jones and 14 year old Keyshaun Mason will be remembered tonight. Arrests have been made in both cases.

The field of Democratic contenders has decreased…

The contenders for the White House on the Democratic ticket has decreased by one — earlier this morning former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee announced he was dropping out of the race. That leads front runner Hilliary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Former Md. Governor Martin O’malley.

A monster storm has forecasters on edge…

Forecasters are watching a monster storm that has been named Hurricane Patricia. The National Hurricane Center says its the strongest hurricane ever measured. The storm is southwest f Mexico and packing winds of 200 miles per hour.
