Speed was a factor in this mornings accident involving an SUV that crashed into a home on Addison Road. Now investigators are looking to see if drugs or alcohol played a role as well. 5 people were in the vehicle. They were taken to the hospital with not life threatening injuries.

A body found in a car in Ft. Washington is ruled a homicide…

Prince George’s County Police are investigating last night’s fatal single car crash in Fort Washington as a homicide. Detectives who found the man inside of his vehicle on Tucker Road say he had trauma to his upper body.

The City prepares for anything now that the trial of William Porter comes to an end…

Closing arguments have begun in the William Porter trial in Baltimore. Community and City leaders are calling on residents to remain calm no matter what the verdict is, in the city’s first of 6 Freddie Gray trails. As a precaution officer’s will have to work 12 hour shifts and they will not be able to request leave.

She’s done it again. Tennis great Serena Williams has made history, this time becoming the first female athlete in 30 years to win Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year on her own.

Today will be USPS busiest mailing day of the year…

We are 10 days away from Christmas eve and today the United States Postal service says it will be their busiest mailing day of the year. An estimated 600 million items will be sent out today. Officials recommend if you have a card or gift and you want to reach a special person by Christmas that you send it by December 21st.
