Police make an arrest in Seabrook fatal stabbing…

Police have arrested 31 year old Alex Jones in connection with Monday’s stabbing death of 24 year old Douglas Reyes. Reyes’ body was discovered on a playground at Gaywood Elementary School in Seabrook. Reyes’ family said he had a disability that would have prevented him from defending himself.

DC Police search for illegal bikers who stopped traffic along a busy roadway on Sunday…

A dozen or so drivers of dirt bikes and ATV’s are being sought out by DC Police. Investigators are using cell phone video to identify those who stopped traffic by driving the wrong way down the streets and for performing stunts on the roads Sunday. The all terrain vehicles & dirt bikes are illegal on DC streets.

Former Chicago Police Officer charged in McDonald’s death has entered a “Not Guilty” plea…

The white Chicago Police Officer facing 6 counts of first degree murder in the shooting death of 17 year old Laquan McDonald has pleaded “not guilty” this morning. Dash Cam video shows then Officer Jason Van Dyke shooting McDonald 16 times as he laid on the ground. Meantime Chicago residents are reeling from the accidental shooting of a 55 year old African American mother who answered her door. Police who were responding to a domestic violence call also shot and killed a 16 year old male.

City leaders in Cleveland begin administrative review into Tamir Rice’s death…

The Mayor of Cleveland and the Chief of Police are now starting an administrative review into the shooting death of 12 year old Tamir Rice. The move follows yesterday’s grand jury decision that the officers involved should not be indicted.
The Rice family is calling on the Justice Department to investigate the shooting.
