More bad weather is head to our area…

We have some more bad weather coming out way, tonight the entire WHUR listening area will be under a “Winter Storm Warning” through Thursday. Forecasters are calling for 4 to 8 inches of snow in the Metropolitan area.

FBI releases the name of suspect who reportedly fired at shot at two people on the ICC & at NSA…

The FBI has released the name of the man accused of shooting at two people in a tractor trailer on the ICC and at a NSA building at Fort Meade yesterday. He has been identified as 35 year old Hong Yong of Beltsville. Authorities say he has a history of mental illness. Yong is also linked to several recent shootings in Prince George’s, Howard and Anne Arundel counties over the last two weeks. A 1 p.m. press conference is set for this afternoon.

The future of Obamacare is in the hands of the Justices…..

The fate of Obamacare is in the hands of the U.S. Justices. The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing arguments today on insurance subsidies for low income residents. They will reportedly try to decide if the law make people in all 50 state eligible for federal tax breaks to cut the cost of coverage.
