It’s a twitter battle between world leaders President Trump and Kim Jung Un. Earlier this morning Trump tweeted that Kim Jong Un will be tested like never before. It follows Jong Un’s tweet that President Trump will pay dearly for the threat he made before the U.N.

A community mourns the death of a promising teen…

The family of 16-year-old Zair Kelly are devastated over their loss. The teen was killed this week during an attempted robbery on 13th Street in NE. Kelly stabbed the would-be robber who later died from his injuries. The suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Sequan Gillis.

Ward 4 Council Member Brandon Todd is calling for free lunch for all school kids…

DC council member Brandon Todd has introduced a bill that would make lunch free for all students. He says the measure would save parents $50 a month per child and it would help children who are teased for receiving free lunch.
