Ford decides to add 700 jobs in Michigan and not go to Mexico…

Ford Motor Company has made a major news announcement.
Ford has decided it will not build a factory in Mexico and instead
it will pour 700-million dollars into its Flat Rock, Michigan plant.
The change will create 700 jobs in the state.

The 115th Congress will be sworn in at Noon…

At Noon the 115th Congress will be sworn into office. DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton plan to call on leaders to allow Holmes Norton voting rights on the House floor. Specifically, she would like to take part in the Committee of the Whole. Holmes Norton was allowed when the Democrats controlled the House. That’s possibility is unclear as the Republicans control both the House & Senate.

Howard County police are set to release more details on New Year’s Day triple shooting…

We will soon find out more about the triple New Year’s Day shooting in Ellicott City. Howard County investigators plan to update the public on the fatal shooting. The accused 15-year-old male gunman remains in critical condition after shooting himself in the head. The unknown suspect allegedly shot & killed a 16year old girl in her bedroom. Her mother was shot when she entered the room coming to her aide. It’s still unclear how he knew the victims.

Orkin ranks DC among the top cities in the country with bed bugs…

A new study by Orkin ranks DC among the top cities for Bed Bugs. Baltimore ranked in first place. Las Vegas and Portland, Oregan ranked at the bottom, at 49 and 50th place respectively.
