The manhunt for the Waffle House killer continues

A national manhunt for Travis Reinking continues. Reinking is the suspect accused of opening fire at a Waffle House in Tennessee over the weekend. Four people were killed and several others were injured. 29-year-old James Shaw is being praised as a hero.

DC Mayor Bowser kicks off Summer Crime Initiative

Today at 3 O’clock DC Mayor Muriel Bowser will kick off the city’s Summer Crime Initiative in Southeast. Police have identified four to six target area’s of concern for the summer months. The program will run from May 1 to August 31st.

DC Police offer a large reward for information in the murder of a Go-Go legion

The DC Police Department is offering a $25,000 reward for information in the murder of Go-Go legion Rory Felton. He was found stabbed to death on Friday in an apartment on Forrester Street in S.W. Rory who was 57 was one of the pioneer members of Rare Essence.
