Black Women and Mistreatment in the Workplace

If you’re a professional black woman who believes management is giving you short shrift… you’re not alone.  A recent study from leanin.org about the state of black women in the workplace… says for every 100 men promoted to manager.,only 60 woman are.  40% of black women have their judgement questioned in their area of expertise and 41% percent of the black women said they never have substantive interaction with a senior leader about their work.  What’s going on here?
