Conversation with DC Attorney General Karl Racine

DC’s first elected Attorney General Karl Racine will leave office at the end of this year.  He didn’t run for a third term and he’ll be replaced by Brian Schwalb… who was elected earlier this month.  But Racine has remained busy since the election. We’re talking to him about several criminal justice issues.
