D.C. Gentrification Lawsuit

There’s been a lot of talk about the changing face of D.C. neighborhoods. Many going from historically black communities to white neighborhoods in just a few years.  Now a lawsuit filed against the D.C. government alleges that gentrification is part of a plan to move out the poor and black residents.  We talk to the attorney behind the lawsuit.
