We’re all coming off of huge Thanksgiving feasts where pushing away from the table was not easy. For people with gastrointestinal diseases, this isn’t an easy time. The first week of December is Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Week.  We’re talking about that and IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
