Mindful Meditation to Release the Stresses of Everyday Life

Last month… the eyes of the world were focused on the efforts to rescue 12 boys and a soccer coach trapped in a cave for 18 days.  We heard a lot of about the rescue effort, but later we heard that the coach used mediation to help keep the boys calm during those difficult days.  What did he do exactly? How can you use meditation to calm the stresses of everyday life?
